Good morning,

 

I hope this finds you doing well. Per 195.505(i), this communication is to notify PHMSA of a change to the Kinder Morgan (OP ID 18092) OQ Plan.  Scissortail Energy LLC hazardous liquids portion of assets were converted to a non-PHMSA regulated asset. This asset is removed from the Hazardous Liquids entity list of the Kinder Morgan OQ plan. This change to the OQ plan is effective 04/02/21. These assets were present in the Central PHMSA region.
